The party begins at 5:00 p.m. on Saturday September 16, unless it rains. The rain date is at 3 p.m. Sunday September 17th. Please call 502-897-0721 in the event of rain to verify the status of the party.
Live music will be provided by Wayne Young and the Louisville Legends. Dinner begins at 7 p.m. There will be two bars, and much fun, with Beach Casual as the attire for the evening.
A donation to Special Olympics is greatly appreciated. A representative will be present.
Important Parking Note!!!!!
Parking is available at the Brownsboro Inn at 4315 Rudy Lane, with overflow parking at the Brownsboro Shopping Center across the street. Pickups for the shopping center will be at the Stockyards ATM machine in the lot, Shuttles will run every 5 minutes to and from the host location, and there are special room rates available at the Brownsboro Inn 502-893-2551.
