The American Academy of Chefs Chair's Scholarship - DOWNLOAD APPLICATION
The American Academy of Chefs offers five Chair's scholarships, awarded annually on a competitive basis. Scholarships are available to exemplary students currently enrolled in a full-time two- or four-year culinary program. Sponsored and administered by The American Academy of Chefs, the scholarships provide culinary students assistance toward covering the cost of culinary programs. Five $1,000 scholarships will be awarded within The American Academy of Chefs regions this year. The American Academy of Chefs Scholarship Committee will make the selections and announce the recipients by September 30th of each year.

The American Academy of Chefs Chaine des Rotisseurs Scholarship - DOWNLOAD APPLICATION
The American Academy of Chefs offers Chaine des Rotisseurs scholarships, awarded annually on a competitive basis. Scholarships are available to exemplary students currently enrolled in a full-time two-year culinary program. Sponsored by the Chaine des Rotisseurs and administered by The American Academy of Chefs, the scholarships provide culinary students assistance toward covering the cost of culinary programs. Ten $1,000 scholarships will be awarded within The American Academy of Chefs regions this coming year.

The American Academy of Chefs Balestreri / Cutino Scholarships - DOWNLOAD APPLICATION
The American Academy of Chefs offers three Balestreri / Cutino scholarships, awarded annually on a competitive basis. Scholarships are available to exemplary students currently enrolled in an accredited, post-secondary school of culinary arts, or other post-secondary culinary training program acceptable to the AAC. Sponsored and administered by The American Academy of Chefs, the scholarships provide culinary students assistance toward covering the cost of culinary programs. Three $1,000 scholarships will be awarded within The American Academy of Chefs regions annually. The American Academy of Chefs Scholarship Committee will make the selections and announce the recipients by June 1st of each year.

The American Academy of Chefs Julia Child Memorial Scholarships - DOWNLOAD APPLICATION
The American Academy of Chefs is offering five Julia Child Memorial scholarships, awarded on a competitive basis. Scholarships are available to exemplary students currently enrolled in a full-time two- or four-year culinary program.Sponsored and administered by The American Academy of Chefs, the scholarships provide culinary students assistance toward covering the cost of culinary programs. Five $1,000 scholarships will be awarded within The American Academy of Chefs regions during 2005. The American Academy of Chefs Scholarship Committee will make the selections and announce the recipients by September 30 2005.

Spice Box Grant Application - DOWNLOAD APPLICATION
The American Academy of Chefs is now offering grants to professional working chefs. Grants are available to chefs that are certified by the American Culinary Federation and are in good standing for five (5) or more consecutive years. Sponsored and administered by the American Academy of Chefs, the grants provide chefs with assistance towards covering the cost of accredited or approved continuing education programs.

National Restaurant Association Educational Foundation (NRAEF)
Three scholarships for high school seniors and undergraduate students specializing in foodservice, hospitality management, culinary arts, food technology, dietetics, and related degrees. A variable number of $2,000 scholarships are awarded each year. Deadlines vary by category. for applications and additional information, go to www.nraef.org.
