Before filling out the application below, consider which chapter of the ACF you would like to belong to. Membership in a local ACF chapter, although not required, is the best way to get complete satisfaction from your membership. By joining and participating in local chapter activities you can network with professional cooks and chefs right in your own area, and around the world by virtue of your ACF national membership.
In 1995, ACF established a National Chapter, without geographic bounds, as an option for cooks and chefs who travel or cannot attend meetings at the local chapter level.
